Hello, I’m Khaila, the face behind Hawk & Honey.
I’ve been photographing families since 2019, but in 2025 my passion took on a whole new meaning when my family and I travelled around Australia, capturing stories in all corners of the country. From salty beach days to dusty backyard cricket games, to slow, cosy afternoons around the fire — I’ve had the privilege of documenting families exactly as they are, in the moments that matter most.
I’m all about authentic connection and genuine fun. The laughter, the chaos, the quiet in-between. Those are the memories I want you to hold onto. My sessions are relaxed and playful, giving you the space to simply be yourselves while I capture your story naturally as it unfolds.
